With Add tracking tags, only links to these sites get tags. Leave empty to tag every link. One per line; subdomains are included.

Links to these sites are never tagged or redirected, whatever mode is picked in Outlook.

Each email also gets utm_content set to its tracking ID (and utm_campaign if you enter one in Outlook), so clicks in your analytics match emails here.

Install the Outlook add-in
  1. Download the add-in manifest.
  2. Open aka.ms/olksideload (it opens the Outlook add-ins dialog), go to My add-ins → Custom add-ins → Add a custom add-in → Add from file, and pick the manifest.
  3. Write an email in Outlook, click Track email in the toolbar (it may be under the Apps button), and paste your password the first time.

Opens are approximate. Apple Mail pre-loads images (showing opens that didn't happen), and clients that block images hide real opens. Clicks are more reliable, but corporate link scanners can click links automatically right after delivery.
